Emails

I stopped receiving my Word for the Day emails. What should I do?

Possible reasons:
Spam filtering or accidental unsubscribe.
If you forwarded one of our emails and the recipient unsubscribed, it may have affected your subscription.
If you unsubscribe citing spam, our system stops sending all emails to comply with anti-spam measures. 

What to do:
Check your Spam, Junk, Trash, Promotions, and Updates folders.
Add our email address to your Safe Sender List.
Update your email preferences here.

How can I sign up for your email list?

Visit our subscription page to explore and sign up for our free email offerings.

How can I update my email address?

Email us at contact@grateful.org with your old and new addresses, and we’ll make the update.

Courses and Pathways

I'm having trouble registering for a program. What should I do?

Possible reasons:
Browser issues or temporary website glitches.
Required fields are incomplete.

What to do:
Ensure all fields are filled out.
Refresh the page or try again later.
Clear your browser cache and cookies, ensure your browser is up-to-date, or try another device/browser.

Note: When your registration is successful, you will receive an on-screen confirmation, followed by a registration receipt sent via email. If you did not receive a confirmation or receipt, your registration likely didn’t go through. Please try again.

What should I do if I signed up for a program but have not received any emails?

Possible reasons:
Spam filters, time zone differences, or registration issues (e.g., typo or incorrect email).

What to do:
Check Spam, Junk, Trash, Promotions, and Updates folders.
Add our email (noreply@grateful.org) to your Safe Sender List.
Verify your registration email address.
Confirm the email hasn’t been delayed due to time zones (program emails are generally sent at 7:00 a.m. EST).

If none of these apply, please email us at contact@grateful.org with a copy of your registration confirmation.

Can I register after the deadline?

Unfortunately, we can’t accept late registrations, but we encourage you to explore our library of on-demand offerings.

Can I purchase a Pathway or a course as a gift?

Yes! Email us at contact@grateful.org for assistance with gifting.

Why don't I see my Pathway in my user profile?

All Pathway materials and links are delivered via email. They are not accessible through your user profile. At the end of each Pathway, we send an email with links to each day’s contents. We recommend saving this email in order to retain ongoing access to the Pathway.

What should I do if I purchased an on-demand course but cannot access it?

Make sure you’re logging in to our community platform with the email address used for registration. If the issue persists, contact us at contact@grateful.org.

Do you offer group discounts for your programs?

Yes! Email us at contact@grateful.org for more information.

Profile and Login

What should I do if I'm having trouble logging into my grateful.org account?

Possible reasons:
You’re using a different email than the one linked to your account.
You may not have created a user profile (subscribing to emails doesn’t create one).

What to try:
Ensure you’re using the correct email.
Create a profile here.

Donations and Payments

I'm having trouble making a donation. Can you help?

Possible reasons:
Browser or internet issues.
Temporary website glitches.
Required payment fields are incomplete.

What to do:
Verify card details and ensure all fields are complete.
Refresh the page, clear your cache, or try a different browser/device.

My card is being declined. What should I do?

What to try:
Contact your credit card company.
Double-check card details (e.g., billing address).
Try another card or payment method, such as PayPal.
Check your credit limit or any restrictions on your card.

How do I access my donation history?

If you are a monthly donor, you can log into your Classy account here.

If you are not a monthly donor, you can create a Classy account and login here.

How do I update my credit card for a recurring donation?

Visit Classy Support for instructions.

How can I cancel a recurring donation?

Log into your Classy account here and then click here for instructions. You may also email us with your request. We’d love to hear any feedback you’d like to share.

I prefer not to pay online. Do you have any other donation options?

Can I download Br. David's A Grateful Day video to share?

Generally, yes! Please email us at contact@grateful.org with details about your request (event, organization, and purpose).

Can I reprint materials from your website?

For original Grateful Living materials, email us at contact@grateful.org with details about your request.

For guest pieces (e.g., poems or articles by other authors), we do not own the rights. Please contact the author directly.
